Creamy Shrimp and Crab Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips, crackers, or bread for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
Add the cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, thawed spinach, minced garlic, onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread for dipping.
