No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna 
Ingredients :

– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups heavy whipping cream
– 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
– 1 1/2 cups milk
– 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
Directions :

1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
6. In a small bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar. Layer half of the strawberries over the cream cheese layer.
7. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer.
8. In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry preserves until melted and smooth. Drizzle the preserves over the top layer.
9. Arrange the remaining strawberries on top of the dessert.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
