Creamy and Cheesy Chicken Lasagna with Layers of Rich Alfredo Sauce 
Ingredients 
For the Lasagna:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 large egg

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Alfredo Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

For the Alfredo Sauce:
Make the Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Whisk in the flour and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add the Milk and Cream: Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens (about 4-5 minutes). Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
For the Lasagna:
Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Layer the Lasagna: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the shredded chicken and a handful of fresh spinach (if using). Drizzle some Alfredo sauce over the layer and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Repeat Layers: Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of noodles on top. Spread the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top layer and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake the Lasagna:
Bake: Cover the lasagna with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish and Serve: Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
