Chocolate Caramel Cream Roll 
Ingredients 
For the Cake Roll:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup whole milk
For the Caramel Cream Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
For Garnish:
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Chocolate shavings (optional)
Caramel drizzle (optional)
Instructions

For the Cake Roll:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper, making sure the parchment paper extends beyond the sides of the pan.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar on high speed for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture is pale and thick. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
While the cake is baking, dust a clean kitchen towel generously with powdered sugar. Once the cake is done, immediately invert it onto the towel and peel off the parchment paper. Roll the cake up in the towel (starting from the short side) and let it cool completely.
For the Caramel Cream Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and caramel sauce until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Assemble:
Carefully unroll the cooled cake and spread the caramel cream filling evenly over the surface.
Roll the cake back up tightly (without the towel), and place it seam side down on a serving platter.
Chill the roll in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve:
Before serving, dust the roll with powdered sugar, and garnish with chocolate shavings and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
