Crispy Salmon Bites in the Air Fryer 

Ingredients:
1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Chopped green onions for garnish



Instructions:
Marinate the Salmon: In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Cook the Salmon: Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The salmon should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, sprinkle the salmon bites with sesame seeds and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice!
