Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Spaghetti:
12 oz spaghetti
2 cups marinara sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Eyeballs:
Mozzarella balls (ciliegine size)
Black olives, sliced
Edible glue or a dab of cream cheese

Instructions:
Prepare the Meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.
Cook the Spaghetti:

While the meatballs bake, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Marinara Sauce:
Heat the marinara sauce in a large pan over medium heat. Once the meatballs are baked, gently add them to the sauce and coat evenly.
Make the Eyeballs:
Slice the mozzarella balls in half and place a slice of black olive on each half to create the eyeballs. Use edible glue or a dab of cream cheese to attach the olives to the mozzarella.
Assemble:

Plate the spaghetti, then top with meatballs. Place a mozzarella “eyeball” on top of each meatball.
Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with chopped parsley for an extra touch.

Serve this spooky dish immediately, perfect for a Halloween dinner or party.
