– 250 grams minced chicken or pork
– 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
– 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oil

**1. Prepare the Dough:**
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
2. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth, soft dough. If using, add oil to make the dough more pliable.
3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
