Ground Beef Totchos

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.

While the tater tots are baking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease.

In a large bowl, mix the crispy tater tots, cooked ground beef, sour cream, and salsa.
Transfer half of the tot and beef mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle with one cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with green onions, black olives, and jalapeño slices before serving.
