### Chicken Curry
#### Ingredients:
– **500g chicken (cut into pieces)**
– **2 large onions (finely chopped)**
– **2 tomatoes (pureed)**
– **1 cup plain yogurt**
– **2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste**
– **2 tbsp oil**
– **1 tsp cumin seeds**
– **1 tsp turmeric powder**
– **1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)**
– **1 tsp ground coriander**
– **1 tsp garam masala**
– **1/2 tsp black pepper powder**
– **1 cup water (or as needed)**
– **Salt to taste**
– **Fresh cilantro for garnish**
Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Base:**
– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
– Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. **Add Aromatics:**
