Ingredients:

For the Brownie Layer:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
For the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:

Prepare the Brownie Layer:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownie layer to cool completely in the pan.
Prepare the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layer:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until smooth.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Spread the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips.
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring over the cookie dough layer.
Assemble the Cake:
Pour the ganache over the cookie dough layer, spreading it evenly across the top and letting it drip down the sides.
Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to set the ganache.
Serve:
Slice and serve this rich, indulgent dessert chilled or at room temperature.
