2 tbsp cornstarch
For the Crumble Topping:
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
⅓ tsp kosher salt
3.1 oz unsalted butter, melted
⅓ cup brown sugar
Directions:
Make the Apple Filling:
Peel and slice apples. In a pan, combine butter, water, brown sugar, lemon juice, and spices. Add apples and cook for 10 minutes until softened. Mix in cornstarch slurry until thick. Cool completely.
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix graham crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into a 10-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool.
