Mouthwatering Meatloaf Cupcakes!

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups mashed potatoes, whipped until creamy
Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Meatloaf:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Fill the Muffin Tins:
Press the meat mixture into muffin tins, filling each cup to the top.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.

Whip the Mashed Potatoes:
While the meatloafs bake, whip the mashed potatoes until light and fluffy.
