WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS CHINESE-STYLE BEEF AND ONION STIR-FRY FEAST

Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 large onions, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch piece of ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, toss the beef slices with a little soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Onions: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the onions are softened and fragrant.
Combine and Sauce: Return the beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the beef is cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
Finish and Serve: Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot over cooked rice.
