Ingredients:
Dough:
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110°F)
1/2 cup milk, warmed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blueberry Filling:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and egg. Mix well.
Add the yeast mixture to the bowl and stir to combine.
Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Prepare the Blueberry Filling:
In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and the blueberries are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Assemble the Rolls:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Punch down the risen dough and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll the dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough.
Spoon the blueberry filling over the cheesecake layer.
Starting from one long side, roll the dough up tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish, cut side up.
Cover with a towel and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.
Bake the Rolls:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Serve:
Drizzle the glaze over the warm blueberry cheesecake rolls.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Enjoy these blueberry cheesecake rolls and be sure to share them with your loved ones!
