Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake
Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
Zest of 1 orange
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
Orange food coloring (optional, for a vibrant orange color)
For the Orange Swirl:
1/2 cup orange marmalade or orange preserves
1 tsp orange extract (optional, for extra orange flavor)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Make the Crust:

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, orange zest, and fresh orange juice. If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring for a vibrant orange hue.
Assemble the Cheesecake:

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. In a small bowl, mix the orange marmalade with the orange extract (if using). Drop spoonfuls of the marmalade mixture onto the cheesecake batter and use a toothpick or knife to swirl it through the filling for a marbled effect.
Bake the Cheesecake:

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve:

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and orange slices for a beautiful presentation.
Serve: This Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake is a creamy, dreamy dessert that’s bursting with bright citrus flavor. Perfect for summer gatherings, birthdays, or when you’re craving a refreshing treat!
