Ingredients:
For the Bangers (Sausages):
8 pork sausages (bangers)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the Mashed Potatoes:
2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk or cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Onion Gravy:
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the MashedPotatoes:Boil the Potatoes: Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.Mash the Potatoes: Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the milk or cream and butter. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and keep warm.
Cook the Bangers:
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
Cook the Sausages: Add the sausages to the skillet and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Onion Gravy:
