Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) package breakfast sausage
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
Cooking spray
6 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or as desired)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage, stirring to combine. Cook for about 1-2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
Gradually add the 2 cups of milk to the sausage mixture, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with ground black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
If using, heat the olive oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray, then whisk together the eggs and ¼ cup of milk. Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the crust.
Distribute the scrambled eggs over the gravy.
Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve hot.
