No Bake Banana Split Pie
Ingredients:
– 1 graham cracker pie crust
– 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
– ½ cup granulated sugar
– 2 medium ripe bananas
– 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
– 1 (12 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed overnight in the fridge, divided
– ¼ cup chopped peanuts
– Chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce, for garnish
– Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. Slice the bananas and layer them evenly over the graham cracker pie crust.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the banana layer.
4. Evenly distribute the drained crushed pineapple on top of the cream cheese layer.
5. Gently fold half of the Cool Whip into the remaining cream cheese mixture, then spread this over the pineapple layer.
6. Top the pie with the remaining Cool Whip, spreading it evenly.
7. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the Cool Whip layer.
8. Drizzle chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce over the top.
9. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the pie to set.
