Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf 
Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1 egg
– ½ cup milk
– ½ cup diced onion
– ½ cup diced green pepper
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup provolone cheese, sliced
– ½ cup beef broth
– ¼ cup ketchup
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon mustard

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, diced onion, green pepper, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of the loaf pan.
4. Layer the sliced provolone cheese over the meat mixture.
5. Add the remaining meat mixture on top of the cheese, pressing it down to seal the loaf.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
7. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
