WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS PHILLY CHEESESTEAK GRILLED CHEESE WITH FRIES FEAST 

Ingredients:
For the Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Cheese:

1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
4 slices provolone or American cheese
4 slices of crusty bread (like ciabatta or sourdough)
2 tbsp butter, softened
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Fries:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
Vegetable oil, for frying
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Philly Cheesesteak Filling:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms (if using). Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to combine.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the Grilled Cheese Sandwiches:

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet. Top each slice with one slice of cheese.
Spoon a portion of the Philly cheesesteak mixture on top of the cheese, then place another slice of cheese on top.
Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
Grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Prepare the Fries:

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt while still hot.
Serve:

Cut the grilled cheese sandwiches in half and serve with a side of crispy fries.
