WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES AND MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mashed Potatoes:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:

Place the potato chunks in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher. Stir in milk and butter until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.
Cook the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes in a single layer, without overcrowding. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in butter and cook until melted and bubbly. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional minute.
Serve:

Serve the garlic butter steak bites over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
