WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE BABY POTATOES 

Ingredients:
For the Potatoes:

1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, washed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
For Garnish:

Chopped fresh parsley
Extra grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Potatoes:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried thyme (if using).
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

While the potatoes are roasting, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chicken or vegetable broth. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Add dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Combine and Serve:

Once the potatoes are done roasting, transfer them to a serving dish.
Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the roasted potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and extra grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
