Ingredients:
For the Pancakes:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder

1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg

For Serving:
4-6 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy
Maple syrup

Instructions:
Make the Pancake Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Prepare the Bacon:
In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Stack the pancakes on a plate, and top with crispy bacon.
Arrange the sliced fruits around the pancakes.
Serve with warm maple syrup for drizzling.
