Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bowls 

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup vanilla pudding, prepared
Caramel sauce for drizzling
Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare Crust:

Mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter until well combined.
Spoon a layer of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each serving bowl.

Cheesecake Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.

Assemble Bowls:

Layer sliced bananas over the crumb base in each bowl.
Spoon a layer of cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
Top with a layer of vanilla pudding.

Garnish and Chill:

Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts if using.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Serve:
