Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Gorgonzola Alfredo Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Salt, to taste
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Gorgonzola Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
