Ingredients:

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4-5 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Egg Rolls:
12 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil for frying
Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:
Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
