WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES AND CREAMY MASH FEAST 

Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper. Keep warm.
Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then return the steak bites to the pan and toss in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve the steak bites over creamy mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
