WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS GARLIC LEMON CATFISH
Ingredients:
4 catfish fillets
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the fillets: Pat the catfish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Make the garlic lemon sauce: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried thyme, and paprika.
Cook the catfish: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic lemon sauce and let it heat for about 1 minute, then add the catfish fillets. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the catfish is golden brown and cooked through. The fish should easily flake with a fork.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve the catfish with your choice of sides.
