WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS LOBSTER ALFREDO WITH PARMESAN AND BASIL 

Ingredients:

8 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream starts to thicken.
Add Cheese and Seasoning:

Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add chicken broth and nutmeg, stirring to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Incorporate Lobster and Pasta:

Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring it is well coated with the Alfredo sauce.
Finish and Serve:

Stir in the chopped fresh basil and cook for an additional minute. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
