Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sushi

Ingredients:
250g sushi rice
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 sheets nori seaweed
150g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi, for serving

Instructions:
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions.
In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Fold into the cooked rice and let it cool to room temperature.
Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
Arrange slices of smoked salmon and avocado across the center of the rice.
Roll up the sushi using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure as you roll to shape it.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more rolls.
Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the smoked salmon and avocado sushi with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi on the side.
