Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry – A Quick, Flavorful Meal! 

This Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry is a vibrant, healthy dish that’s packed with juicy shrimp, colorful bell peppers, and a savory, tangy sauce. It’s an easy and delicious weeknight meal that comes together in just minutes, full of fresh flavors and a satisfying crunch! 
Ingredients:
 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 1 small onion, sliced


 2 tablespoons olive oil (or sesame oil for extra flavor)
 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or lime juice)
 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
 Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
 Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
Sauté the shrimp: In a hot skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 
Cook the vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch (if using). Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.

Combine everything: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp and vegetables are well-coated in the sauce. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for an extra kick of heat. 
Serve:
Serve your Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry hot over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions for a pop of color and flavor.
