–  1 bay leaf
–  1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, for added depth)



### **Instructions:**
1. **Brown the Beef**:
– In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then add it to the pot in batches to brown on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
