Juicy Baked Caesar Chicken with Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup Caesar dressing
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
4. Spread the Parmesan Caesar sauce evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
