Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake Recipe 
Ingredients

– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup sour cream
– ¼ cup granulated sugar
– ½ cup melted butter
– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– ½ cup powdered sugar
– 2 tbsp milk
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup brown sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions

1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
2. Make the Cinnamon Roll Filling:
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Set this mixture aside.
3. Create the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring to beat well after each addition. Finally, mix in sour cream and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
4. Layer and Swirl:
Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Dollop half of the cinnamon roll mixture on top. Use a knife or toothpick to create swirls in the cheesecake batter. Pour the remaining cheesecake filling over the top and repeat the swirling process with the leftover cinnamon roll filling.
5. Bake the Cheesecake:
Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes, until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden. The center should still jiggle slightly. Once done, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
6. Chill:
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
7. Prepare the Honeybun Topping:
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle this glaze over the chilled cheesecake just before serving.
