WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES AND MASH
Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Mash:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk or cream
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions:

Start by preparing the mashed potatoes. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and milk or cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter for an additional 1-2 minutes until coated and cooked to your desired doneness.
Serve the garlic butter steak bites alongside the creamy mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley and chives. Enjoy your hearty and comforting meal!
